Many different types of industries use industrial DVD duplication systems on a daily basis. Whether it's for producing duplicated discs for a client, or creating your own marketing disc, desktop production duplication is becoming increasingly popular among established businesses as well as start ups.
Production grade DVD Duplicators are either an automated duplicator which will pick up and place the blank discs from a spindle or a manual duplicator which requires the operator to manually input and remove discs from the duplication system.
Businesses that need to duplicate larger quantities of DVD media prefer to use the automated systems. Automated duplicators will do all the labor by loading and unloading the burner trays and even removing bad discs to a reject spindle. This saves from having to have an employee sit and babysit the system.
Manual Duplicator systems are much more labor intensive. An operator needs be at the systems side at all times so that they can remove and load the media as it is duplicated.
Since 1988, Mediatechnics has been providing equipment and services to businesses needing duplication capabilities. Back then, it was 5" floppy disc duplicators that companies needed as that was the only media available. With many years of customer feedback, as technology advanced Mediatechnics has been able to incorporate what they learned and have become a leading manufacturer of automated DVD duplicators.
